Glenn Withrow
President

As an actor, Glenn Withrow starred and co-starred in over 30 movies and television series. He is fortunate to have worked with some of the world’s most renowned cinematographers (Robert Richardson, William A. Fraker, Stephen H. Burum) and directors (Francis Ford Coppola, Tony Scott).

He worked with director Francis Ford Coppola on five films (among them, The Outsiders, Rumble Fish, and Peggy Sue Got Married).

“The experiences I had working with Francis were master classes in directing with one of America’s finest filmmakers,” says Withrow.

Coppola inspired Glenn to become an independent filmmaker. He went to film school and eventually built his own production studio, In House Media, Inc.

He became a member of The Writer’s Guild of America (WGA) after selling his first script to Disney. He has worked as an independent writer, producer, photographer, cinematographer and director.

Hallie Todd
Vice President

She is best known to television viewers for her role as Jo McGuire, Lizzie's mom on Disney's hit series Lizzie McGuire (a runaway hit on American television that has earned over one hundred million dollars for Disney) and in The Lizzie McGuire Movie (grossing $50 million at the box office). She is proud to have been named one of The Ten Best TV Moms ("ever") by CNN Entertainment (2010).

Her first break came when she was cast in Showtime's groundbreaking comedy series Brothers, for which she earned two Cable ACE nominations for Best Actress in a Comedy Series for her portrayal of Penny Waters, a role she played for five years. In addition to her film and six series regular roles, she has guest-starred on several television shows, from Star Trek - The Next Generation to Malcolm in the Middle.

Born in Los Angeles, Hallie Todd is the daughter of actress Ann Guilbert and producer/writer George Eckstein. In 1998, she and her husband Glenn Withrow founded In House Media, a full service media and actors’ training facility out of which developed what has become Hallie Todd Studios, located in Sherman Oaks, CA. Her studio and classes have gained national recognition, and have been featured on ABC Primetime, and in the Los Angeles Times and the New York Times Sunday Magazine. In addition to The Mooring, she has authored two books for young actors and their parents - Being Young Actors and Parenting The Young Actor.

She resides in Studio City with her husband of nineteen years, Glenn Withrow, and their daughter and writing partner on The Mooring, Ivy Withrow.
